What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, the location of your property, your absence pattern, and any concerns you choose to share. Alongside each submission we also log standard browser metadata — your user agent string and the page you arrived from — for basic diagnostics.

Why we collect it

To evaluate whether your property is a fit for our service, and to respond to your inquiry personally. We do not use this information for marketing, advertising, or analytics.

Where your information lives

Inquiries are stored in Supabase, a managed Postgres database. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Notifications of new inquiries are routed through Zapier to reach our team. All three are US-based services.

Who can see it

Only Second Home Guardian staff. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for their own use.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the inquiry is no longer relevant. You can request deletion at any time using the contact below.

Tracking and cookies

This site does not set cookies, use tracking pixels, or send data to third-party analytics services.
